The Seven Colored Earth of Chamarel is an exceptional natural occurring that can be observed in the South Western village after which it takes its name. Due to unique tropical weather conditions, its sand dunes have turned into seven distinct colours that form a wonderful colour kaleidoscope. Although the sand dunes are protected by a fence, outposts have been set to provide you with the best view. Giant Tortoises that are centuries old can also be seen on the premises.
