Open for seven years now, Twin’s Garden, located on the west coast of Flic-en-Flac, proposes a fusion cuisine, comprised of local products with a European methodology. The restaurant offers a selection of fresh products, including fish, seafood, meat, chicken, lamb, and duck. The restaurant’s menu is a speciality of its own. The assortment of dishes proposed by Twin’s Garden is created by the Chef. Crème brulée with braised palm heart and thin slices of pesto marlin, duck leg confit with Indian spices, half ice-cream with cane sugar, mashed potato, crispy vegetables with low-temperature cooked ‘Sacre Chien’with jujube honey and salt flower, or green curry tamarin sauce… to excite your taste buds!
